When are you available for life coaching?
I’m available Monday through Thursday. Each day I’m available at different times. Give me a call or send me an email to set up an appointment.
How long do typical coaching sessions last?
Each coaching session lasts between 30-60 minutes.
What are your coaching credentials?
I’ve completed over 70 hours of supervised coaching with an experienced Christian Life Coach (CLC), 60 hours of educational training from International Christian Coaching Institute, & 24 hrs of educational training with Light University.
How much will life coaching cost?
Each coaching session can range from $25 to $50 depending on length of sessions. I also offer bundle pricing for multiple sessions booked.
Do you offer counseling?
I am not a licensed counselor, but I can recommend some people in your area.
What is the difference between life coaching and counseling?
Coaching is motivated by where you want to go beyond the point of stability. It focuses on the present and the possibilities. Counseling is motivated by pain. It concentrates on the past or the present and focuses on problems and solving them. Counselors diagnose and provide professional expertise and guidelines, while coaches help clients identify the challenges, then work in partnership with clients to obtain their goals.
